    • Authorize emergency expenditures as needed.
  3. Problem-Solving:
    • Resolve on-set issues, from logistical challenges to production delays.

    • Provide progress reports to executives, financiers, and producers.

Post-Production:

  1. Wrap Management:
    • Oversee cleanup, returning equipment, and closing contracts.

    • Submit project audits if required.

    • Coordinate deliverables such as invoices, insurance claims, and residuals paperwork.
